You do not need your house pres­sure washed for the first 3 years after a paint job.but Yes your house needs to be clean every year after that. mold and mildew is the worst thing for a home.

Before begin­ning the prep work, we will com­pletely pres­sure wash your home. This allows us to com­pletely remove any envi­ron­men­tal deposits, dirt, or mildew allow­ing a clean sur­face for your new exte­rior paint. This step may add many more years to your paint job.
We will thor­oughly scrape and remove all loose, peel­ing paint. We will then sand and prime the scraped areas. Primer is always applied to any bare wood or metal. If we see any old, dried up caulk, we will replace it with new caulk before pro­ceed­ing. We pay spe­cial atten­tion to areas around doors and win­dows are in order to make cer­tain any and all poten­tially destruc­tive mois­ture is blocked from enter­ing your home.
In most cases the Trim and gut­ters are sprayed and Shield of the trim and spray the sid­ing and Brush all win­dows and doors .
