Prepar­ing your home

Once your exte­rior is clean, then the real work begins. This is the most impor­tant part of receiv­ing a qual­ity paint job — the prep work. This includes scrap­ing, sand­ing, spot prim­ing, and caulk­ing the entire project. At Eagle Paint­ing we use only the high­est qual­ity prod­ucts for this step and all phases of your job. You can not expect to get a truly qual­ity paint job unless you get a truly qual­ity prep job. Eagle Paint­ing always fol­lows the manufacturer’s spec­i­fi­ca­tions regard­ing this process and all processes dur­ing your project. All prep mate­ri­als have spec­i­fi­ca­tions per­tain­ing to appli­ca­tion and dry times. If these spec­i­fi­ca­tions are not adhered to then the prod­uct will not per­form as intended. This is why you will never have your home com­pletely prepped and painted in the same day by our com­pany. If your home is prepped and painted in one day, you have been done a dis­ser­vice. A qual­ity job is a three to four day process regard­less of project size
